our final stop for the day was chicanna, a small site 12km outside xpujil. we were so tired from the early morning and the hike around calakmul, we pretty much just ran around here. there are only about six structures here, but this is definitely one of the more eye-catching that i saw on the entire trip. a double monster mouth doorway, i'm not sure what it was used for, there certainly isn't a lot on the other side nowadays.
