so i saw these muscle mass scales on the 1 day site, and because i'm in a real health and fitness stage right now (ha!!), i decided to get them, only $30 bux or something with shipping. according to the scales i have about 16.7% body fat, 59.4% water, 79% muscle, and 7% bone. don't ask me what the icons mean, apart from male and female, i don't know. these scales put me about one kilo heavier than the old bathroom scales we have. the healthy range of fat for someone my age, is between 9% and 20%, so i guess i'm in that healthy range. i'm gonna see what i can do to try and get the fat percentage down closer to 10%, i'm pretty lazy though, so we'll see
. i'm trying to do sit-ups again, and i got an indoor trainer (i'll post more about that when i get it) for my bike, so i'll be able to go and ride my bike even when i don't want to (go anywhere), or in bad weather. check the full size picture, it's an animated gif.
