, went to the accountant yesterday, and he told me to clear my hecs debt for maximum benefit, so it's gone. after four years (nothing compared to others) it's finally gone, the whole thing worked out well for me too. i only did one semester more than normal uni students, and ended up with two qualifications at half the price. talk about under achievement paying off 
. anyway, i'm glad that's off the books now, some more money in my pockets i guess.
obviously the ato logo was taken from the ato web site.

side note: i called them up to check my balance, and they had this thing where they call you back if you will be on hold for a while, so i say yes, that sounds like a good idea. then it calls me back and tells me that everyone is still busy 
. so i wait another minute or so before speaking to someone. good function, missed the execution slightly.
