finally had a chance to go into the backyard and try out the camera in daylight. it was an overcast day, i was also trying to find the best aperture for the lens, but it's a little too subtle for me at the moment. my backyard isn't the most interesting, so i only have a couple pictures, i'll try to add some more when i find something more interesting to shoot. these were all taken with my pentax da 16-45mm lens, ignore the focal length that shows up on the page, they should all be taken at 45mm (there's a bug in the raw conversion software i use, rawtherapee).
