three week holiday to vietnam, cambodia, and thailand

second last stop of the day, we got here about 4.30pm, so there wasn't much time before sunset, but the light was quite nice at this temple....

the famous pink sandstone temple, it's pretty small, and was not built by a cambodian king....

my favourite temple, with it's multi face towers everywhere (over thirty remaining), and really detailed carvings, this was the most distinctive temple....

angkor thom, one of the old imperial capitals, is where the terrace of the elephants, and the terrace of the leper king are....

a quick stop by ta keo (which was a temple that was never finished), on our way over to angkor thom....

the biggest of the jungle temples, this one has been left in something close to the state that it was found in all those years ago....

we got to siem reap, and had time to go see the sunset at phnom bakheng, the most popular location in angkor i think....

on our way from phnom penh to siem reap, we stopped over at skuon, known for it's local delicacy,
