went on a snow boarding and sight seeing trip to christchurch and queenstown, my first real chance to test out all my equipment, the aim was to try and take some pictures that resembled post cards
. one more note, all dates and times are out by two hours (the actual times were two hours later) cos i forgot to change the times on my cameras.

there are several jetboat companies working in and around queenstown, the first one we saw was the kawarau jetboat, which runs through lake wakatipu and the kawarau river....

after four straight days of snow boarding, it was time to rest, and put the camera's to work....

these pictures are over a few days, the first few are taken by lake wakatipu, the second batch are up the gondola at the skyline complex, and the last couple at the lake side again, a bit further down than the first time....

on our first full day in queenstown, we went to the snow, and cos we had to get our gear and stuff, we decided to just go to the nearest mountain....
